SPECS
- Manufactured from 3mm hard anodised high grade aluminium.
- Available in standard and small sizes. Standard plate 26cm x 39,3cm. Small backplate 23 x 35,5cm. (for divers less than 1,67m tall).
- Pre-bent corners avoid the risk of bladder puncture.
- Bevelled edges prevent webbing chaffe.
- Pre-drilled holes for the quick draw adaptors for easy webbing adjustment.
- 770g for the standard plate and 630g from the small plate.
ABOUT
DECO backplates have been developed to fit all sizes of diver. Shorter individuals (<1,67m) will benefit from the enhanced fit of the smaller backplate for better cylinder position on the back and therefore ideal trim position underwater.
The backplates can accommodate any of the DECO harness systems, with DIR harness users having the pleasure of instant harness length adjustment using the optional quick draw adaptors.
Pre-drilled holes offer attachment points for padded backplate pads, SMB mesh pouch, quick draw adaptors, argon bottle mounts, and for securing integrated weight pockets and waist band pockets.
